May 2025 Pre-Internship Exam Results Are Out!

The Clinical Officers Council wishes to inform all candidates and stakeholders that the May 2025 Series Examination Results were officially released and uploaded to the Council’s online portal on 10th July 2025.

All candidates who sat for the May 2025 examinations are advised to log in to their individual portals to view their results.

Candidates who wish to appeal their results must do so in writing by sending an email to exams@clinicalofficerscouncil.org no later than 24th July 2025. Appeals submitted after this date will not be considered under any circumstances.

When submitting an appeal, candidates are required to include only the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Index Number

  • A brief justification for the appeal

The Council remains committed to ensuring a transparent, fair, and accountable examination process and encourages all concerned candidates to submit their appeals within the stipulated timelines.
