1. Make your application on the COC online service portal
2. Have 30 CPD  points – annual
3. Pay KSh. 3000 license fee. A Ksh. 1000 penalty is imposed for expired licenses, and an extra Ksh. 200 per month is charged for licenses expired for more than three months.
4. If collecting license for someone else, the bearer of the license should send an authorization letter/email to info@clinicalofficerscouncil.org
5. Note: The professional practice license is now annual
